When did Guts fall in love with Casca?

I’m rereading the golden age arc and I’m not quite sure when he started to “like” her. I guess maybe when they fell down and he saved her? Maybe earlier? Or later? I’m not sure.

I think it's pretty clear their time in that cave after falling down the cliff was the beginning for both of them, followed by the hundred men fight and their talk about the bonfire of dreams on that knoll. It made them view the other in a different light, which in turn led to the burgeoning of their feelings.

I agree with what's been said but I think there was some basic attraction before then, at the very least he was eager to prove her wrong about him. He was touched when she bound his wound near the fountain and didn't mind her lying with him before then.
