How do I attach a picture?

I would be very grateful if someone could show me how to post a picture here. I just have absolutely no idea how to do that. Can i actually upload it from my hard drive?

You can't attach pictures to your posts. You have to upload them somewhere first (meaning you take the picture from your hard drive and upload it to a place on the Internet), and then you can link them or display them on the forum using the Bulletin Board Code.
