If so, then Gambino might not have been crippled? Cause he was too busy saving Guts' ass? So one could say that he brought about his own downfall.

i don t find any differences...
the only thing that differs is that Donavans blood disappeared from guts armor,face hand and trousers!
yet guts could have cleaned it by himself could he?!?
